This comfort may allow for a deeper and more beneficial experience, while eliminating common barriers client face with traditional in person therapy. You don’t even have to cancel if you’re sick or there’s a snow storm!

Therapy is as easy as possible to access.

Showing up to therapy on its own can be hard. I meet you where you are and all you have to do is show up! This eliminates the need to drive and sit in a waiting room. It’s accessible to people with disabilities, people who don’t drive and people in remote locations, either geographically or emotionally, that prevents them from attending in-person.
